A sacred space for solo transformation, held in a container that is inherently relational. Drawn from the ancient I Ching and its living interpretations, the intelligence of the body in contact, and the tradition of depth psychology. Not another framework to learn. The Coming to Meet.
In ancient Greek, a temenos is the bounded precinct of a temple. The sacred ground within which the ordinary rules of the world are suspended, and a different kind of meeting becomes possible. That is the intention here.
This is not a self-improvement program. It is not a productivity system or a mindset reset. It is a container, held, safe, and clear, within which you can meet what was always going to be true about you. Sometimes alone, in stillness held by ground that has been prepared for the meeting to land. Sometimes across from another, in the encounter that one being meeting another being calls forth. Both are the work.
The work draws on the archetypal map of who you are, read through three interwoven bodies of ancient and living wisdom, and on the body as the site where the meeting is held. It is precise, personal, and unhurried.
"The wound is not the obstacle to the becoming. The wound is the doorway through which the becoming arrives."
Temenos · Core Principle
The work at Temenos draws from five distinct bodies of practice, held together not as a menu of techniques, but as an integrated approach shaped by your archetypal configuration and what is alive in the meeting.
The body as the site where the meeting is held. What the body knows about contact that the mind is still working out.
The psyche as multiplicity. Different parts of us learned different ways of meeting and being met. When parts are heard, the conflict that has been quietly running us begins to resolve.
Radical presence. What is happening right now, in this body, in this exchange between two beings, is the material.
Where psychological inquiry and embodied awareness meet. The texture of contact held in tissue, breath, and posture as much as in thought.
The conscious encounter with what has been exiled. What we cannot see in ourselves continues to run us.
Each offering is complete in itself. Together they form a natural deepening, from the written portrait of what was always going to be true about you, to a single session at the doorstep, to the full three-month container.
Nine 90-minute sessions across three months. Your archetypal configuration is worked in full before the container begins and runs underneath every session. The work draws on somatic experience, parts work, Gestalt therapy, shadow work, and somatic psychology. This is not a course. It is a held space in which what was always going to be true about you can be met, in its own language, in the meeting between you and the practitioner who has been steeped in your particular configuration.
The wound is not the obstacle to the becoming. The wound is the doorway through which the becoming arrives.
There is no obligation to move through these in order. Each is complete in itself. But this is the arc most people find themselves drawn along - each step opening the next when the time is right.
Five questions, walked one at a time in a room that holds your place - the first look at what is running underneath the thing you keep meeting.
A single session - 60 or 90 minutes - to experience the depth of the work before committing to a container. Bring what is alive. The session fee is credited toward The Naos if you continue within 30 days.
The full three-month container. Nine 90-minute sessions, your archetypal map woven throughout, and between-session support. For when the meeting wants to be held in the company of another.
The three offerings above are the work right now - and they are where all attention and energy is held. What follows is the longer vision, developing in its own time.
A living companion to the work - archetypal gate essences, somatic integration practices, and a personal knowledge base shaped by your configuration. Built on the Temenos interpretation of the I Ching.
The Naos container extended into relationship - somatic and shadow-informed coaching for two. Relational patterns, archetypal compatibility, and the Venus Sequence explored in a shared held space.
A living companion to the 64 archetypal gates - drawn from the original I Ching, Gene Keys, and Human Design. The Temenos interpretation of the oldest archetypal system in existence, written as a book and a living oracle.
The offerings above are where the work lives right now. If any of the above interests you for the future, you are welcome to reach out - we will let you know when the time comes.
What Is Still Here is the natural first step, and it is free. Or simply write. A conversation is enough to know whether this work is right for you at this moment.
